Shipping Policy

We ship all items via USPS within 7 business days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are discounted USPS rates based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Cost of shipping is displayed for each shipping method during checkout as it varies depending on delivery address. 

USPS Ground and First Class packages typically deliver within 7 business days from the date of shipment. USPS Priority packages typically deliver within 3 business days from the date of shipment. Please note, once an item is shipped, Scrub Crafters cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please monitor the USPS tracking information and contact USPS with any delivery-related questions.

Return Policy

Because we custom make each item upon order, our shop does not allow refunds or exchanges. If your order has already gone to production or has shipped, cancellations are not available.

If an item is received damaged, a refund or replacement will be offered at no cost to the buyer. For damaged items or issues with your order, please contact our shop within 48 hours after the order has been delivered along with a photo of the damage and description of the issue. Please allow up to a week for to receive your replacement item.
