Refund policy

Because we custom make each item upon order, our shop does not allow refunds or exchanges. If your order has already gone to production or shipped, cancellations are not available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with a photo of the damage and description of the issue. If an item is received damaged, a refund or replacement will be offered at no cost to the buyer. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your replacement item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
